Howdy there folks! You might be here because you’re wondering if we offer any kinds of warranty, especially if you’re looking for an expensive and important part/assembly, like a motor or transmission. The goal of this blog post is to clear any confusion, and keep y’all informed on our policy.
Let’s not waste any more time. Yes, we do offer a warranty on all of our products, but only if the part in question is installed by one of our certified partner shops. Don’t get me wrong, you may very well be a skilled mechanic, but for liability reasons, we can only allow certified mechanics we know well working on the parts we provide warranties for. Installing some of these components can be a very detail oriented process, particularly when putting on parts require electrical components.
With that being said, we also understand you may want to put the part on yourself anyway. To help with this, we’re working on establishing a system where you can see video of parts running before we take them off of the truck (we always test our trucks to make sure everything is working properly before taking them apart and selling the parts). We’ve already begun taking these videos, and we will soon make them accessible and available for anyone who wants to see.
