Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.
To return an item, please see our return process below. Please be sure to include that form in the box along with your returns. You must package your items in a box. Fill any voids and items must be in the original packaging. Any products shipped back that are not in the original packaging will not be issued a refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. You may want to obtain additional insurance provided by the shipping carrier you selected to cover any damage or loss in the event your package does not arrive. We suggest you keep all information the carrier provides you just in case you have an issue and need to file a claim or track your return.
Lost Return Packages
Unfortunately, we cannot be liable for any packages lost in route to Hillbilly Auto Supply. We do hope you elected to add the additional carrier insurance for your return. If you did, please make a claim with the carrier you used to ship the package.
Non-Returnable Items
There are a few exceptions with product returns:
Any items we no longer carry.
Electrical parts (e.g., starters, alternators, sensors, ECUs, wiring).
Refunds
Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong part shipped). A restocking fee of 15% applies.
Return Process
Contact us at contact@hillbillyautosupply.com or call 407-863-7912 with your order number and details to let us know of the return.
Our team may issue a Return Authorization (RA) number if your item qualifies.
Print out the Return Form & ship the item back using a trackable method — customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect or damaged part:
Notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Provide photos of the part and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Final Notes
We are not responsible for parts that were incorrectly ordered or for labor/installation costs.
Please verify part numbers, compatibility, and fitment before purchasing.
