& Handling Policy

We ship to the lower 48 US states. We do not ship International, nor to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, APO/FPO, or PO boxes. We ship all items UPS Ground or Freight.

By default, all orders are shipped with no signature required. Please be aware that orders ONLY ship on business days; we do not offer weekend or holiday delivery. Most orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days, subject to availability, weather, and vendor delays, please note some orders may take longer to ship. Most standard shipping orders are delivered via UPS Ground, subject to availability, weather, and vendor delays. Larger items, generally over 50lbs, or oversized items, are shipped via truck freight carriers. Any timeframes provided are estimates only. In some cases tracking updates and shipping times will be longer than stated.

Damaged Shipments

It is extremely important that you inspect your shipment thoroughly before accepting it. Even though the box and packaging may be intact, it is possible the product could have arrived damaged. If part does arrive damaged, please accept the delivery and contact us immediately.

Freight Shipments

Freight items must be shipped to an address with a loading dock or forklift, residential delivery with a lift gate will be an extra freight charge. Before accepting delivery, check for both internal and external damage. Remove the product from its packaging and inspect for damage. If you notice damage, please call us immediately.

Refused Shipment or Failed Delivery

If you have refused delivery of your shipment, please contact us immediately. Shipped items that are either refused by the customer or are unable to be delivered due to a failed delivery attempt will be returned to us, and you will be credited the amount of the sale, not including shipping and handling. It is your responsibility to make arrangements with the shipping company to accept a shipment.

Handling Fees

Depending on how an item is shipped, we may charge a Handling Fee. This is generally only done for larger items, palletized items or over-sized items that require extra shipping materials. We will contact you if such a fee applies.
