Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
To qualify, items must be:
In the same condition as received.
Uninstalled and unmodified.
Returned in original packaging (when possible).
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of auto parts, the following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:
Electrical parts (e.g., starters, alternators, sensors, ECUs, wiring).
Color-specific items (e.g., body panels, trim, interior parts where color matters).
Special-order or clearance items.
Any items with internal mechanical parts (engines, transmissions, transfer cases, etc)
Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong part shipped).
A restocking fee of 15% applies.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be possible for similar items (depending on stock availability).
If no replacement is available, a refund will be issued (excluding non-returnable items).
Return Process
Contact us at contact@hillbillyautosupply.com or call 407-863-7912 with your order number and details.
Our team may issue a Return Authorization (RA) number if your item qualifies.
Ship the item back using a trackable method — customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect or damaged part:
Notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Provide photos of the part and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Final Notes
We are not responsible for parts that were incorrectly ordered or for labor/installation costs.
Please verify part numbers, compatibility, and fitment before purchasing.
