Referral Rules & Policies

  1. Open to individuals aged 18+ with a valid HillbillyAutoSupply.com account.
  2. A referee (the friend you refer) must be new to Hillbilly Auto Supply—no prior orders under any email, account, payment method, or household/address/device/IP reasonably linked to them.
  3. Self-referrals are not allowed (including using your own alternate emails, phones, addresses, or devices).
  4. Coupons are single-use coupons only.
  5. The $50 referral coupon applies to initial purchases of $500+.
  6. $50 is the maximum payout for any purchase regardless of total price.
  7. For purchases below $500, a coupon will be issued equal to 10% of the net purchase price of the referee’s initial purchase.
    Examples
    Friend spends $320 after discounts (before tax/shipping) → You earn $32 credit.
    Friend spends $800 after discounts → 10% would be $80, but you receive the max $50.
  8. Gift cards, store credit purchases, taxes, fees, and shipping do not count toward subtotal.
  9. Orders that are canceled, fully refunded or charged back do not qualify.
  10. Credits are issued 30 days after the referee’s order ships and remains in good standing (no cancellations/returns).
  11. Credits apply to merchandise only (not taxes, shipping, or gift cards)
  12. Credits are non-transferable.
  13. If the referee uses their discount perk, it reduces the purchase subtotal and therefore your reward calculation.
  14. We may impose per-household limits to prevent abuse.
  15. We may review referrals for fraud or policy violations (signals include shared IPs/devices, overlapping payment details, mass account creation, or abnormal order patterns).
  16. We may withhold, reverse, or claw back rewards and suspend/terminate accounts for violations.
  17. We do not accept referrer information after the sale. Therefore make sure we know the referrer’s name prior to the completion of the sale.
  18. We reserve the right to request identity or order verification.
  19. If a coupon was already provided and was already used, and the order is later returned or charged back, corresponding credits will be reversed.
  20. Coupon promotion can’t be used with other promotions.
  21. Rewards are issued as HillbillyAutoSupply.com store credit coupons to the email/account of the referrer.
  22. Store coupon credit has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  23. Rewards may be taxable. If your rewards reach applicable thresholds, you may be required to submit tax forms (e.g., Form W-9) and we may issue Form 1099-MISC. You are responsible for your tax obligations.
  24. Personal data is handled per our Privacy Policy.
  25. By participating, you consent to processing necessary for tracking, crediting, fraud prevention, and program administration.
  26. Hillbilly Auto Supply may modify, suspend, or terminate the program or these terms at any time, with or without notice, including adjusting reward values, caps, windows, and eligibility.
  27. Please contact us within 30 days of a disputed referral credit. Provide order numbers, emails, and timestamps.
  28. Our determination on eligibility, attribution, and payout is final and made in good faith based on available data. All coupon credits are provided at the sole discretion of Hillbilly Auto Supply LLC.
  29. These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, without regard to conflicts principles. Venue lies in Seminole County, FL.
  30. We may email participants about program updates, balances, or issues related to referrals. Standard messaging rates may apply for SMS (if used).
